We Offer this service by a Clean Burn Authorized Service Tech which includes:

​

1. Burner is disassembled , dirty aluminum heater block and brass nozzle tube is removed

2. An ultra-sonic cleaned heater block and nozzle tube are installed into your housing with new internal regulator parts , new internal solenoid parts ,new "O" rings , new nozzle and electrodes

3. Test fire burner

4. If other parts needed , replace parts

In house Tune-up

Your cost is $395.00 - Includes : Nozzle , Electrodes , Regulator rebuild kit , Plunger and "O" rings for solenoid's and labor to do Tune-up

if any additional parts needed replaced at additional cost​ of parts only

  1. On-site burner tune up added trip charge and 1 hour labor

      We pull your burner off your furnace

      We do tune up described above at your shop

      Reinstall burner on unit and test fire

  2. In house burner tune up no trip charge or extra hour labor.

      You bring burner to our shop or ship it here

      We do tune up described above in our shop

      Test fire burner on our test furnace

      Call when done and can pick up or we can UPS burner back , which normally runs around $20.00

Payment due upon completion of service.
